Best Wishes for 2021


It’s a New Year and this is normally when people make their New Year’s Resolutions – but what if  you could turn your resolutions into a plan for 2021 and make them a new revolution! Let’s start with your body – turn yourself into a fitter, stronger, healthier, more toned version.

Start with exercise. Just because the government has made it impossible to get to the gym doesn’t meant you can’t workout. You can use your own body weight as a gym machine! We’ve devised an online program to do just that!

We have rolled professionally filmed Body Weight Exercises and our live Aerobics Workouts together into a program which is now available on our website and is completely free to members.

For 4 weeks we introduce a new set of body weight exercises each week. In week 5 (brand new for those of you who have followed the online program previously) we mix it all up and you get to choose which body area you want to focus on each time you exercise. There are also a variety of aerobics videos focusing on different area that you can choose from. There’s plenty of variety and different options depending on how much time you have.
