Hilary – “It’s in and out Quick – and it’s an all-over body workout!”
“We have Hilary who joined just over a month ago and you’ve just had your 1st review. Were you pleased with your results?”, Hilary was asked. Her reply – “Oh, very pleased – absolutely chuffed!” “How many inches did you lose, Hilary?” “9.75ins, 1.5 lbs and a little bit of body fat”.
“Very good; has anybody else in your family noticed?” Hilary responded, “Yes and my children were all very happy for me.” “And they are all fitness oriented aren’t they, so they’re impressed, so that’s good.
What do you like about this workout, would you say, Hilary?” Hilary replied, “It’s all in the workout and it’s just very convenient for women of our age. It’s in and out, quick and it’s an all-over body workout.“ “It works every muscle – apart from the calf muscles – because women don’t want to work their calves!
Fantastic, so what do you think of the environment here – do you feel judged?” “No, everyone’s quite friendly”, says Hilary, “makes you fit in very well, yes.” “Fantastic, well here’s to the next few months! Thank you for talking to us today, Hilary, and you enjoy your workout.”
Gee – “Within half an hour, you’ve done all your exercise – and still time to chat!”
“We have the beautiful Gee who rejoined recently after 15 years and then she came back. Are you glad you came back?” Gee replies, “I’m very glad I came back – I absolutely love it!”
“What do you like about here?” Gee responds, “I like the fact that it’s women, it’s friendly, Fran’s still here (aww shucks!), which is great, your team are very supportive, I feel good! My pulse has improved, my balance is better.” “You had a back and hip problem, which has gone completely now?!”
Gee agrees, “I felt it the first couple of weeks but now it’s completely gone and no problems whatsoever!” “And, mentally do you find that it encourages you and makes you feel a bit more motivated and positive?” “Very much so”, Gees responds, “I think also, with that, that people are so friendly here and everyone is so good that it’s a lovely place to come to, you know, it’s just feels such a nice place to come, and, within half an hour, you’ve done all your exercise, and still time to chat!”
“Good – and you’ve noticed everything’s gone a bit perkier as well, haven’t you?” Gee agrees, “yes – my bottom, my boobs – I’ve done the weight thing but I wanted to tone up and it feels like it’s working already so I’m really pleased.” “Thanks for talking to us today – enjoy your workout!” Gee always looks gorgeous, but now she’s gorgeous and perky! Well Done!
Hilary – 100 Workouts – “Love that it’s Ladies Only!”
When Hilary achieved 100 workouts at Ladies First Fitness she noticed that she was feeling more positive; also noticed a general increase in fitness levels and inch loss and toning. When asked what she appreciated most about Ladies First Fitness, compared to other gyms, Hilary commented, “I love that it’s Ladies Only, it has lovely instructors, it’s a very welcoming atmosphere, there’s no pressure for targets and no-one is made to feel awkward no matter their level of fitness, size, shape, age or background.”
Lindsey – 300 Workouts – “I don’t feel out of place!”
Lindsey reached 300 workouts at Ladies First Fitness and is very consistent with her workouts. When asked what the positive benefits of sticking with the exercise were, Lindsey said, “I feel able to walk farther without getting short of breath; I have more energy and more ‘get-up-and-go’, as they say!”.
When asked what she appreciated most about Ladies First Fitness, Lindsey’s response was, “I really appreciate the friendly, caring staff; I don’t feel out of place as there are others there like me and we are all trying our best to keep fit and keep moving as we get older but you don’t feel intimidated here.” Keep Going Lindsey!
Cyndy – 600 Workouts! – “I have an improved mood – and a new circle of lovely friends!”
Cyndy has cruised to 600 workouts and has noticed improved balance, flexibility, and stamina as a result of exercising regularly at Ladies First Fitness. “As a result of these improvements, I also have an improved mood!”, smiles Cyndy! “Oh – and a new circle of lovely friends!”, she adds. “What do you like about Ladies First Fitness, Cyndy?”
“I like that there’s always someone there to help or give advice; I love that it’s just ‘us girls’; workouts can be as challenging as you like, depending on how much effort you put in, but the machines are much “kinder” and easier to use than in a ‘normal’ gym!” You always improve our mood, Cyndy!
