Trudy Feels Much Happier

Ladies First Fitness member, Trudy, has never been to a gym before. After 1 month of exercising, just 3 times a week, Trudy lost 6.5 inches all over.  That’s half way to a whole dress size drop! Why does she feel Happier?

Ok, so why does Trudy feel happier? Does it have anything to do with exercise?  Yes! Exercise produces endorphins (sometimes called happy hormones). The friendly atmosphere here at the gym increases oxytocin levels, another important hormone for emotional wellbeing. 

How has she got such Great Results?

How has Trudy achieved such a quick result on inch loss, and is this normal? All of our ladies who do regular workouts lose, on average, at least 6 inches in the first month. Our ladies love coming  – so they keep coming – and therefore get the results.
