Sue – “This workout is not as hard as you think it is!”
Sue Ross– Sue came back to Ladies First Fitness after a little bit of a time off and she’s just had her first review and she did really well!
“Did you lose more than you thought you would?” “I did, yes – I lost 6 inches, 3 lbs and 0.5% body fat.” Very good!
So good results, 1st month – are you going to keep going? “Yes, I am. I like the ‘me’ time, I’m enjoying coming here, meeting new people.”
They’re quite friendly, here, aren’t they? “Yes, everyone feels friendly, and if there’s something difficult the coach is here to change it to help you.” That’s right, we coach and we modify it to fit your body and your capabilities.
What do you think of the workout? Sue replies, “It’s not as hard as you think it is, but it’s quite nice, it’s enough, you’re not going away completely tired.” Fantastic, enjoy your workout, thank you and good luck for the next months, years! Bridget – 200 Workouts – “This workout makes me happier!”
Bridget hits 200 workouts!
Bridget said this workout makes her happier, she feels energised and now has stronger muscles!
When asked why she likes Ladies First Fitness compared to other gyms, Bridget said, “the equipment-I would much rather use this equipment than do aerobics or use a treadmill, rowing machine, etc.” Fantastic-well done Bridget- proof is in the pudding and she’s been a member now for 3 years!
Rachel – 500 Workouts – “It’s my routine – if I don’t go, I miss it!”
Rachel is a regular star at Ladies First Fitness and just keeps coming back for more! She achieved 500 workouts recently and received her complimentary bottle of wine!
When asked what results she’s noticed from working out at LFF she said, “my flexibility is better and I’m fitter from doing this 3 times a week on a regular basis. It’s my routine – if I don’t go, I miss it!”
Rachel thought that what distinguishes LFF from other gyms was the fact that’s it’s ‘Ladies Only’ and there’s plenty of support from the coaches. Well, we miss Rachel if she doesn’t make it. Well done Rachel!

Karen – 1300 Workouts! – “This workout helps me maintain flexibility and mobility as I get older!”
Karen is amazing! How many women stay at the same gym for 16 years?!
During that time Karen has lost 2st,11lbs and 40.5ins although that took a much shorter period than 16 years!
Karen has now done 1300 workouts, looks amazing and maintains her shape, health & fitness.
