Aerobics


Aerobics in the comfort of home!

We might be stuck at home but that doesn’t mean that we can’t stay fit! We’ve filmed a few aerobics sessions for you and put them on the Facebook Ladies First Fitness Community Page ( for members only) and also on the Ladies First Fitness Youtube channel. Please subscribe then you will notified of all new videos as we upload them

30 minutes of aerobic exercise will keep your heart fit and strong and get the blood pumping more efficiently round your body to benefit all the other cells as well.

If 30 minutes is too long or aerobics is too intense we have also put a few ‘board’ moves up there that you can use to focus on particular parts of the body and perform for 30 secs or 1 minute at a time.

Starting next week we will film other extra core muscle exercises that will use body weight to keep those core muscles strong.

Follow the link below and aim to do 3 aerobics sessions per week and 2-3 ‘board’ moves focusing on the same part of the body on alternative days.
