Sandie – “It’s all women and that’s a good thing!”
Sandi Warren – Sandie has done just over 1 month and “you were quite surprised with your results, weren’t you, Sandie?”
“I was very surprised”, says, Sandie, “I lost 4.5 ins & 2.7 lbs“
“Did you have to try really, really hard to do that?” Sandie responds, “Not really – I just came in for the workout!” “And you were really good at that, just coming in for your workout, weren’t you?!” “Yeah, I enjoy it! It’s really good!”
So, all you’ve got to do is turn up – turn up and do it! “Yeah, it’s brilliant!” Sandie said some nice things about LFF – about what she liked – “I like coming here because its not intimidating and there are women of a certain age.”
(There are younger women as well, but compared to other gyms, we have more mature women along with women of all ages.) Sandie continues, “its all women as well – that’s a good thing. And I really enjoy it and the coaches here are brilliant! I’m really pleased I joined.
I tried toning tables before which is similar, but I think this is better.” You actually have to push against resistance with our equipment, and work hard. “Yes, I’m really pleased I joined here. I’m new to the area as well, so it was a good way of meeting people and the ladies here are all very nice.”
Sooo…, if you’re out there and you’re a bit intimidated by normal gyms, come on down and give this a go!
Sue – “It’s all ladies – all in the same boat!”
We have Sue showing her star for her 1st month. “You were quite pleased with that, weren’t you? What did you lose?”
Sue responds, “Very pleased – I lost just over half a pound, 3.5 ins and 0.5% body fat.” “That’s not bad at all for your 1st month!”
“What’s your experience here?; how are you finding it, as a gym coming regularly?”
Sue replies, “initially, it was quite strange, I’ve not been in this situation before, but, gradually, what I’ve found is I’m able to move more and more quickly, whereas before, cos I haven’t done any exercise for quite some time, I was very slow at moving, but that’s all changing now!”
“Yeah, you’re quite enthusiastic now, aren’t you? We did the aerobics on the circuit the other day, and you were jumping in there and suggesting moves!” Sue quips, “Well you play such good music!” “Yes, it is good music, I would agree with that.”
Sue was asked, “What would you say is your favourite thing about coming here?” Sue responded, “It’s the ladies that are all around, we’re all in the same boat and we all follow each other, all friendly!”
“Yeah, nobody looks you up and down as if to say, ‘What are you doing here?’.
Sue comments, “I’ve not noticed that, anyway, and it’s just the help that you get from the coaches as you go round.”
When asked, “would you recommend it to other people?”, Sue responded, “Yes, I would!”
“So, do you hear that girls?! Come on down! You get lots of support here and you do get results cos you do it more often – cos it’s only 30 mins you tend to do it more often.” “3 times a week, I come out”, Sue chips in.
“Fantastic! You are good! Excellent, well thank you for talking to us today, Sue. You enjoy your workout – work hard – you’re working with Sheren today, aren’t you? Lovely – Enjoy!”
Fiona – 100 Workouts – “All friendly so you want to keep coming!”
Fiona has hit 100 workouts and has noticed that it keeps her flexible and maintains the strength in her muscles and she enjoys sharing keeping fit with others. “I appreciate working out with the same, or similar, age group and, definitely, the same sex!. I like the encouragement that is given by the staff – all the coaches are very friendly – so you want to keep coming!”
Rowena – 500 Workouts – “All ladies – many my age!”
Rowena has hit an awesome milestone – 500 workouts! – and received her complimentary bottle of wine! Rowena has noticed that she feels fitter and enjoys working out with other women of a similar age. She likes that it’s all ladies. Go go Rowena!
Jan – 900 Workouts! – “Keeps me fit, flexible and toned – it’s a good habit!”
Jan has achieved 900 workouts at Ladies First Fitness and it definitely keeps her fit, flexible and toned! “It’s a good habit”, asserts Jan. “ I appreciate the guidance to check that I am using each machine correctly as it’s so easy to get into bad habits! Also there’s always a friendly welcome at LFF!” Go Jan, what a role model!
Tanya – First 3-month Journey Completed! – “Positive mindset – sets me up for the day … and the next!”
Tanya completed her new starter 3-month journey at Ladies First Fitness and had this to say about the benefits she’d noticed:
