Bonnie – “It’s really quick and convenient – I can commit to half an hour a day!”
We have Bonnie who joined here ages ago and then left to have kids. “How old is your youngest one now, Bonnie?” “Nearly eleven now, so eleven years!” “Anyway, you came back and you had your 1st review – you did really well didn’t you?”
Bonnie responds, “6 inches and 1.5lbs.” “Brilliant!
So, we say, on average, all of our ladies lose at least 6 inches in the 1st month, generally, so – very good!
We are thrilled that you came back here – what made you decide to come back here and not pick any other gym?”
Bonnie replies, “just because it’s ladies only, it’s friendly, it’s not easy but I can commit to half an hour a day, so it’s really quick and convenient.” “And the members are really nice here, aren’t they?” Bonnie agrees, “yeah, lovely, everyone is always smiling, so yes.” “And we work you hard! You’re about to do a workout review with Sheren, so she’s going to push you forwards!” “Yes”, Bonnie agrees, “another 6 inches knocked off!” “Brilliant, enjoy your workout and thank you very much for stopping and having a quick chat.” Well done Bonnie!
Sue – “It’s easy to fit in – and I like the atmosphere here!”
We have the lovely Sue, who’s got a great tan cos she’s been on holiday, but “even despite the fact that you had a holiday in the middle of your first month, you still got good results, didn’t you?” Sue responds, “Yes, I managed to get in 14 sessions, so yes, I still got good results”.
“How many inches did you lose?” Sue replies, “about 5, and 0.5lb”. “That’s not bad after holiday!” “Yes the inches are the good bit!”, Sue smiles. “So, have you done gyms before?” Sue replies, “I have a long time ago, but then just standard workout, induction and then struggling to keep motivated.”
When asked what she liked about Ladies First Fitness, Sue’s response was, “I like the fact that it’s a circuit; you don’t have to wait; that you can get on the machines that you want to get on; I like the fact that it takes half an hour and all those times when I’m energised I go round a third time!
And, I just like the atmosphere here; it’s easy to fit in!” “Women are friendly here; they don’t look you up and down. And, there’s always a coach in the middle isn’t there, to keep an eye on you?” “Absolutely”, agrees Sue, “all the encouragement really helps, doesn’t it, with motivation?”. “And also that people notice, that you’re here; it is hard work, doing a gym routine 3 times a week!” Sue adds, “Somebody just saying, ‘Hi Sue, how are you’, actually makes a difference”. “Good, so, are you going to keep going?” “Absolutely!”, asserts Sue. “We really appreciate you talking to us today. Enjoy your workout; work hard!”
Debbie – 100 Workouts – “So friendly and supportive!”
Debbie has hit 100 workouts and has noticed that she has more energy, feels fitter and has lost inches. When asked, “Why Ladies First Fitness?”, Debbie explains, “It’s so friendly and supportive and it’s only 30 mins so it can easily fit into my day!”
Hilary – 500 Workouts – Ladies only – no competition!”
Hilary has achieved 500 workouts and deserves that complimentary bottle of wine!
Hilary has noticed lots of benefits: she has lost weight; improved her sense of balance; improved her mental health – particularly self-esteem; feels more confident; has more energy and has increased her flexibility. That’s a good list!
When asked what she appreciated about Ladies First Fitness, Hilary commented, “it’s good that it’s all ladies, there’s no competition, it’s a straightforward routine that’s easily completed and it’s only half an hour! I like doing the stretching at the end and I love that everyone is very friendly!” We love you too, Hilary! Well done!
Sandra – 600 Workouts! – “It’s fun! I feel good after a session!”
Sandra has hit 600 workouts and says she feels a lot fitter.
Sandra also said that, “she feels as though ‘things’ are firming up. It’s fun and I feel good after every session!”.
When asked what she thought was different about Ladies First Fitness compared to other gyms, Sandra’s response was, “I like the fact that I don’t feel silly like I used to going to a mixed gym. It’s friendly with kind and helpful staff.” Well done Sandra – we appreciate you too! Keep going, girl!
