Chris – gets great results – even after a holiday!
Chris joined after a friend recommended us to her, and, at her 1st month review, despite going on holiday in the middle of it, she did really well – 4.5ins; 1.8lb and 1.1% body fat. Fantastic! Chris is glad she joined – “I feel better, I feel livelier, more positive, stronger, and definitely fitter!”, says Chris. Also, more flexible and more toned. When asked what she liked about the LFF workout, Chris said, “you’re given a program but you can go at your own pace, coaches are there to help you if you need it, it’s friendly, no pressure.” Well done, Chris!
Avril – Already back in comfy Size 14 and heading for Size 12!
We have Avril after her 2nd review. Lost 3lb and 3.25 ins, back in comfy size 14 and heading for size 12. Since she joined, Avril has lost 7 ins in total! When asked what benefits she’d noticed from doing the workout regularly, Avril had noticed : “improved balance, feeling better mentally, stronger, fitter and toned!”. When asked what she thought about the workout, Avril said, “I love it and everybody is so friendly here”. Avril and her friend, Jan, have done the workout really regularly and also have been getting involved in the aerobics, and latterly they have started doing 3 circuits! “You definitely get a lot of support here – there’s always somebody about.” We love our ladies and love celebrating their achievements! Tracy – “Workout lifts my mood and makes me feel a lot better!”
Tracy just had her 2nd review and expressed how she felt about her results : “I was, very surprised, really happy! I lost 5.6 lbs, 5 ins and 0.5% body fat.” And that’s on top of what she lost in her 1st month (6.5ins and 1% body fat!) Tracy mentioned that she found it really friendly here. In a lot of gyms, nobody talks to you, and it’s very much, do your own thing. Tracy has found that exercising lifts her mood – it’s coming up to the anniversary of a stressful event in the family – Tracy felt really good after coming to the workout. “It can really lift my mood and makes me feel a lot better”, said Tracy. Those endorphins do their job! Tracy thought that she’d put on weight so was really surprised when she heard how much weight she’d lost.
So, it shows that, even if you’re not as good with your diet, as long as you exercise regularly and do your strength training and get that muscle really improved, you can still get lose weight and get good results. It’s good for your mental state, good for the brain, good for your muscles, you’re obviously toning as well and losing weight. “I would very much encourage my friends to join”, said Tracy. Jeanette – 200 Workouts!
Jeanette has noticed more energy and generally fitter and more toned as a result of working out regularly at LFF. “I’m currently experiencing high stress family situation and attendance at LFF is one of the few things keeping me grounded and calmer!”, says Jeanette. “Great, supportive and caring coaches, enjoyable combination of machine work and board work – the mix of strength and cardio is perfect! Lyndsay – 500 Workouts!
Lyndsay earns herself a lovely bottle of red after completing 500 workouts at LFF! Lyndsay commented on the benefits that she’s noticed, “I’m stronger and was able to recover from her hip replacement faster. I’m more flexible, have more energy and tighter muscles. I’m flexible, stronger and healthier!” When asked what distinguishes LFF from other gyms, Lyndsay said, “its geared towards a woman’s body so there’s less strain, therefore less injuries. Lovely coaches who are well trained. You can choose your own time of day and there’s always a space available – no waiting! It’s easy to add to your daily lifestyle. It’s a friendly and fun place to exercise with good music, no sweaty men… and no posers!”
Jan – 800 Workouts!
Jan is a busy, busy, talented lady, but always manages to make time to exercise and keep herself looking great! Jan says, “I feel fit from doing this exercise regularly and it’s a great habit to have! The staff here are very friendly and very encouraging”. Well don Jan!
Maureen – 300 Workouts!
Maureen hits 300 workouts and has noticed increased energy and flexibility. “It only takes 30 minutes and it’s an easy to follow workout”, says Maureen. “The staff are very friendly and supportive and the equipment is easy to use – no adjustments necessary!” Keep going Maureen!
