Rosie 300 Workouts
Rosie has found an exercise that stops her stiffening up despite having degenerative joint disease and has now done 300 workouts-quite an achievement! Rosie gas also noticed other benefits: sheβs more toned , her legs are more shapely , she has an improved sense of wellbeing and this has helped her maintain good health. When asked what she appreciated most about the LFF workout compared to others that sheβs tried, Rosie said,βitβs a small, intimate gym where you can work at your own pace ; there are always friendly, supporting coaches and you donβt feel you have to keep up with others. Anto with her Top Star no 3 certificate for losing 7.4 lbs and 11.5 ins in her 1st month at LFF. Way to go Anto! xx
Anto, after exercising at LFF for just 1 month did really well in her 1st review. Despite it being difficult to get here due to work and also living in Fareham, Anto lost 7.4 lbs and 11.5 ins and was No 3 in Nov/Dec stars! She loves the workout and sometimes does a workout on zoom. β Itβs all ladies and people are here to workoutβ, says Anto, βnot to chat or look pretty or eye up the competition! It hasnβt been difficult to get started – once you have got the motivation and youβve got a in mind you just get on with it!β Well done Anto, weβre so proud of you!
Jan 200 Workouts
Jan has achieved 200 workouts! Her balance has improved, arm strength has improved and flexibility has improved. (Sheβs an all-new, improved Jan!) βThe aerobics extra class really wears me out, which is a good thing! Itβs a very social environment-Iβve made some lovely friends. Itβs a real mix of women, brilliant friendly coaches-and Franβs great (Jan said that!)! Janβs great. xx

Linda did Really Well in First month
Linda did really, really well β in her 1st month review at LFF and was amazed π with her results! Linda lost 11.75ins, 3.8lbs and 1.0% body fat after exercising ποΈββοΈ for just 1 month at LFF.
