Tina – “I look forward to coming and it doesn’t take hours out of your day!”
Tina Stevens – after her 2nd review (2 months), Tina lost 10.25 ins, 5.6lbs and 1.2% body fat. That’s really good!
To the question, “How do you find the workout experience?”, Tina replied, “I really enjoy it actually; I look forward to coming; it’s only 3 times a week; it’s not taking hours out my day.”
“Have you been to gyms before?” Tina responded, “I went to Curves years ago in Basingstoke, for a couple of years, and I was really pleased to find this. I spotted it when we moved down here about 3 years ago, and I kept thinking, oh, I must pop in. I don’t begrudge it, now I have”.
“What’s the environment like here?” Tina replied, “very friendly, everybody is very friendly; if you forget what you’re doing on one of the machines, there’s always somebody there to show you what you should be doing”. Fantastic, here’s to the next few months! (In fact, several months later, Tina has lost at least 1 dress size – 16.25 ins, 11.8 lbs and 3.1% body fat… and progress continues with Tina! She just keeps doing the workout – and keeps getting results! Go Tina!
Tina – 100 Workouts, Top Star! – “We’re all in it together!”
Tina hit 100 workouts and noticed that has more energy, is stronger & more flexible. She is losing weight nice and steadily and is dropping a trouser size!
She got such good results that she was No. 7 Top Star a couple of months after she joined!
Tina noted that she appreciates the friendly environment and that there are always coaches on hand with advice. There is the addition of aerobics if you want to try but there is no pressure. “We’re all in It together with no competing with the rest. And… it’s just 30 minutes, which is achievable for most!
Cyndy – 500 Workouts – “Just Us ‘Girls’! – Helps with body positivity!”
Cyndy said the LFF workout has improved her fitness, flexibility, balance and toning. She said she has also made great friendships!
What does she appreciate the most about LFF? Cyndy’s response was, “Just us ‘girls’ – helps with body positivity. Also, there’s always someone on hand to advise, help or correct. They have better machines… and it’s a happy place!!”
Caroline – “I look forward to coming and it doesn’t take hours out of your day!”
Caroline Steen – Caroline looks beautiful with her pink hair and has been a member for just over a month and got really good results in her 1st month review – 10.75 ins, 7.4 lbs & 2.6% body fat (stunning-more than double what we’d expect in a month).
“So, you worked really hard and you got really good results; you are working hard on your diet as well so that’s absolutely fantastic. Are you pleased with those results?”. “Yes, very”, Caroline replied. “You are going to be on the Top Stars (and she was!).”
What do you think of the workout here?” Caroline responded, “I love it! Sometimes when you go to a workout class or a gym, it’s really intense, it’s too much, and you just want to give up. This is nice and simple; it’s only half an hour; you can fit it in – I mean, I work full-time but I still fit it in.” “It doesn’t tire your brain out too much, does it, and it’s quick!”
Caroline continues, “everybody is really attentive; you’ve shown us how to do it; you just get on with it; there’s no competition with anybody else; other members don’t care what you’re doing – it’s just you and the machines. Everyone is here for the same reasons”. “So, it’s a good environment; nobody looks you up and down to check what you’re wearing”. “Thank God”, quips Caroline. Really, really good results, Caroline. Janet – 800 Workouts! – “Despite arthritis, helps with joint and muscle movement!”
Janet has hit 800 workouts. Despite arthritis, Janet said this workout keeps her active, helps with joint and muscle movement and keeps her motivated. Janet likes the relaxed, friendly atmosphere and that the coaches give help and suggestions when needed. Unlike a lot of other gyms, Ladies First Fitness IS suitable for all ages and abilities. Well done Janet!
