Lyndsey hit workouts and has noticed more energy & less stiffness in joints. She feels more motivated generally and she said it makes her watch her diet. When asked what she liked about LFF, Lyndsey commented, “friendly trainers, they know your name which I doubt you’d get in big traditional gyms. It’s all ladies, no men; I feel that everyone cares about you and how you’re doing”. Well done Lyndsey! Xx
Rachel is More Flexible
Rachel achieved 300 workouts 🎖️ just before Christmas (we have a long line-up of celebrations so apologies for the delay!). Rachel works out 3 times a week and was recently 3rd in our Lost-a-Lot gallery! Rachel says she is more flexible after doing all the stretches here and it really helps having this as part of her weekly routine 📆. When asked why she liked Ladies First Fitness, Rachel said quite simply, “it’s ladies only, friendly staff and great support when needed”! Go Rachel – forward to 400! xx 🚀🎉
Shiela has been losing Inches
Sheila is such an inspiration! Hits 100 workouts in record time. Has been losing inches and pounds, noticed better sleep , more energy and happy feelings! 😀“I love the fact that you can go at your own pace on the circuit. Lovely calm surroundings, no one judges you and there is a great team of coaches and lovely members! Staff are always available for advice and they take time with every member.
