Chris – 1306 Workouts! – “Awesome Lady!”

Chris has achieved 1300 (+6)! workouts.

Chris says she’s far more energetic generally as a result of doing this workout regularly! Also she has noticed that she has retained great flexibility even though she suffers from severe arthritis!

Chris likes the friendly encouragement, at Ladies First Fitness, the constant support and assistance but no pressure. Keep going awesome lady!

Sue – 400 Workouts – “Fitness Babe!”

Sue has hit the “Fitness Babe” milestone – 400 workouts!

Sue says, “I feel much better, physically and mentally. Coming to the gym gives me a purpose for every week cos I’m retired now.“

When asked what she liked most about Ladies First Fitness Sue said, “I think it’s a good idea to be ladies only. You can work out to your own capabilities. Fran and the coaches are very helpful and encouraging and the other members are friendly.“ There you go, ladies, no more excuses! Xx

Tracey hits 700! – “All over body toning in only 30 mins!”

Tracey has hit 700 workouts!

Great stuff Tracey! Tracey has noticed that working out regularly always gives her a boost, physically and mentally! “I’m well toned all over and it only takes 30 mins! I miss it when I’m not doing it!”.

“It’s great support here (one-to-one – if required), great trainers, all ladies, excellent staff!” It only takes 30 mins girls, so give it a try!

Denise – “It’s very relaxed and you get a lot of support!”

Denise Griffiths – At her 1st review, after a month of exercising, Denise did  excellently well – she lost 10.5 ins, 6.6lbs and 1.6% body fat.  

When asked if this was hard to do, Denise replied, “to start with! But I enjoyed it and after the 1st couple of workouts, I got on really well. The workout is quite easy to pick up and you get a lot of support during the workout.”  

Denise is a gym newbie, and, when asked what she thought of Ladies First Fitness, she said, “it’s great; everybody is very supportive”. Ladies First Fitness is not intimidating; nobody is checking whether you have the right gym gear on, or how much weight you need to lose. “Definitely not”, agreed Denise, “It’s very relaxed”.

The machines are quite easy to pick up, and you’re not going out dripping in sweat.  But it obviously works, cos Denise got very good results and she intends to keep going!  Anybody out there who wants results like Denise, you know what you’ve got to do… you’ve got to come in and do it!

Denise was No. 2 Top Star for Nov/Dec 2023 and No.10 in our Top Ten Stars for Jan/Feb 2024.
