Why a Personal Training Program?
At Ladies First Fitness we realise that some women need a little extra personal attention and motivation in addition to the standard membership. The program runs for 3 months.
You probably fit in one of these categories :
- You know what you want to achieve but you have no idea how to get there.
- You know what you want to achieve and you have some idea how to get there but you're too busy to figure it all out and plan it and you just want to show up and follow instructions.
- You need to be healthier but you don't really know what that means or where to start so you need some help to get started and plot the route.
- You know what to do somewhat but your motivation, willpower and follow-through is not what it needs to be so you need someone to help you take the necessary steps AND keep going!
Therefore, we offer one to one personalised training with a fitness coach including:
What's in it for me?
We offer 5 main components:
- A Detailed Fitness and lifestyle consultation.
- Constructive 3 Month Plan.
- Regular workouts + Personalised Training Workout each week.
- Personalised nutrition and diet plan.
- Full Club Membership for 3 Months.
Detailed Fitness and Lifestyle Consultation
This is a standard LFF fitness assessment plus additional analysis on:
- Exercise
- Diet
- Mind/Emotional
- Activities and Habits
- Work/Life Balance including holidays
- Sleep
- Hobbies/Interests
Constructive 3 Month Plan
We will work with you on areas from the detailed lifestyle analysis that are advised to need changes, work out a plan moving forward in appropriate increments for each areas, majoring on exercise and diet.
Month 1 (Getting Started)
First 5 workouts ( 3 in first week) are personally coached LFF strength-training workouts.
After this, or when you are confident and proficient you do 3-4 workouts per week, one of which is personally coached. This ensures that you get maximum results and benefit from the personalised training.
During each personal training session, additional work will be coached on Abdominal Floor Exercises and additional stretches appropriate to clients needs.
Month 2 (Working Harder)
3 -4 workouts per week, 1 personally coached.
Add repetition targets to measure and encourage maximum effort and get the results you want.
Additional Abdominal Floor Exercises to make tummy flatter.
Additional targeted exercises to tone desired body areas.
Month 3 (Getting Results)
3- 4 workouts per week, 1 personally coached.
Adding extra cardio to work the cardio vascular system.
Continue Abdominal Floor Exercises and additional target area exercises - increase intensity/difficulty, where appropriate and possible

If you begin personalised coaching at Ladies First Fitness then your personal trainer will be Fran Noble.
